A person living on rent in Bhopal Bajaria police station area got injured after grabbing two cars of his neighbor. The accused had taken cars from the complainant on the pretext of work, and suddenly disappeared.
According to the police station, Amit Dubey, living in Bajaria area, while giving a written complaint application, said that he does personal work, and his father is a railway employee. He had three cars. Balwinder lived on rent in his neighbourhood. After his car met with an accident in the past, he asked Amit for a car for work in the month of February. Amit knew him because he was a neighbour, and he gave him the car. Balwinder continued using the car for about one and a half months.
Later, in the early days of April, Balwinder had to take Amit to see his daughter in the hospital. She asked for another car from Amit saying that the car which she had taken from him was parked in a relative's house. And he will return both the cars in a day or two. Believing what he said, the complainant also gave another car to Balwinder. After a day or two, Amit came to know that Balwinder had vacated the rented house without returning the car. When Amit called her on mobile to return the car, she said that both the cars are parked at a relative's house and I am currently abroad and will return the car in a few days.
