Birthday Candle: ask your youngsters or children to pretend they’re blowing out a birthday candle. They must take a deep breath in so push the breath out as if they’re extinguishing a fire. The stress they feel, the more birthday candles they must imagine blowing out. Motivate your child for not take stress because it's harmful to your child's health and mind and as well as for the future.
