How to Become a Registered Valuer In India – IOVRVF

A Registered Valuer is a person who registers with the authority with the necessary qualifications and experience as per the applicable laws. The Central Government issued a notification on 23rd October 2017 and entrusted its functions and powers under section 247 of the Companies Act, 2013 to the IBBI (Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India) as the Authority under the Companies Rules, 2017 (The Registered Valuer and Valuation Rules).
